Mix 1 mashed avocado with
1 chopped red onion, add ? tsp of chopped cilantro and 2 finely
chopped garlic pods. Mix well with
3 tbsp Cremica Mint Mayo.
Mix 2 parts Cremica Tandoori Mayo with 1 part hung curd and season
with powdered cumin, salt and
pepper to taste.
Spread on toasted bread and top with any readily available fresh vegetables
like radish, cucumber, cherry tomato, boiled peas and egg or bacon.
Sprinkle fresh herbs, salt and pepper and serve.
